Building a Shared Understanding of Continuous Improvement

Continuous Improvement is a systematic and data-driven approach to take when managing or directing a program. As we collect and share data across institutions through this process, we will work together to carefully consider (and ultimately meet) the needs of our unique community. Continuous Improvement processes will help us work collaboratively, sharing the responsibility of supporting and preparing educators who will take care of our students. This resource is intended to support the meaning-making of Continuous Improvement in residency.
