Mentorship Deep Dive (Session 3, Part 1: Using Exemplars to Train Mentors) 2024-2025
On March 21, 2025, The Residency Lab kicked off the third session of its Mentorship-Focused Deep Dive series. In the first part of this session, Dr. Edward Gonzalez explores common vocabulary and strategies for supporting and retaining teachers of color in traditional educational systems. To wrap up, he provides access to free lesson demonstrations and lesson study materials for the educator residency community.
