Power Up I: Organizational Sustainability - November 4, 2024
Power Up I introduced participants to a program sustainability framework, offered insights from a panel of experts on effective partnerships between LEAs and IHEs, and allowed participants to reflect on sustaining residency leadership through wellness practices. In this video, the Residency Lab presents a session centered on a residency sustainability framework inspired by Joseph B. Coblentz's paper, "Organizational Sustainability: The Three Aspects that Matter."
