Power Up: Learning Walks (2022-23)
The Learning Walks segment sets the purpose for Lab Power Up 1: recruiting and selecting diverse teacher residents and mentors while ensuring all candidates are well prepared to be effective educators from day one. Speakers emphasize that strong, equitable recruitment and selection processes are built over time through intentional partnership alignment, clarity around desired dispositions and instructional practices, and shared accountability for student outcomes.
