Residency Integration: Section 4: Leveraging Strategic Staffing (Module 3)
In section four, participating programs will identify district stability gaps using the TAMO tool to visualize clusters of schools with high turnover and a heavy reliance on under-prepared staff. Next, they will match resident placements to these high-need school clusters to stabilize staffing and disrupt the cycle of reactive hiring. Finally, teams will design a priority site staffing plan that reallocates centralized budget lines to fund strategic placements and calculates the district's return on investment.
