Residency Integration: Section 1: Revisiting Foundational Elements (Module 3)

In section one, participating programs will start by doing a personnel and roles audit to map out their team setup and catch any hidden "ghost roles." Next, teams will look over and "stress test" their current foundational agreements, like MOUs and LOUs, to make sure outdated clauses match how things actually run today. Finally, they will take those informal habits and unwritten processes and turn them into official, institutional systems. This keeps the program running smoothly and securely, even when leadership changes.
