Residency Integrations: Section 2: Collaborative Partnership (Module 3)

In section two, participating programs will evaluate the health of their collaborative partnership by looking closely at mission alignment, communication protocols, and equitable support systems. Next, teams will identify and clear up any communication static to make sure data sharing and decision making run smoothly and are backed by real numbers. Finally, they will map out a 90 day refinement plan, complete with a clear accountability matrix, to officially lock in their governance style and keep the program's momentum going strong.
