Residency Integration: Section 5: Telling Your Story (Module 3)
In section five, participating programs will identify and segment target audiences to tailor program narratives and value propositions to the specific needs of school boards, funders, and community partners. Next, they will apply the components of persuasive storytelling by pairing qualitative resident success stories with quantitative ROI and turnover data. Finally, teams will construct a library of audience-specific artifacts to create a shared understanding and secure long-term collaborative investment in the residency program.
